I'm trying to find information on the families of Charles F. LIPPERT and Nancy Jane PHEIFFER, or FIFER. The name became LIPPER. Charles was born in 1841 in Germany, died 1932 in Clark Co., Nancy Jane was born in 1844 and died 1920 in Clark Co. As far as I know, their only child was Charles Alfred LIPPER, born near Wyaconda in 1874. Did Charles F. LIPPERT come to the US with other family members? There seem to be lots of LIPPERs in that county. Also, who were Nancy Jane PHEIFFER'S parents and siblings and where did she come from?

Looking for information on Maria (EHLE) SCOUTON. She was the daughter of Daniel EHLE and Catherine (PUTNAM) EHLE, b. ca 1830 NY, married John (?) SCOUTON. The estate paperwork for her Maria's uncle filed in Wisconsin in 1886 listed her as Maria SCOUTON, resident of Clark Co, Missouri. Have lots of info on her EHLE ancestors. Looking for dates for her, her husband and any children. Any help most appreciated. I'm in NY and do not have access to MO records. Thanks.

I am looking for any info on my grandfather, born Kenneth ROHRBAUGH March 5, 1881, son of George Bland ROHRBAUGH, who probably moved to Clark County from Illinois in the 1780's. My grandfather changed his name later to Shannon O'NEIL for reasons not yet clear, and moved to Ark. to work on the railroad. His mother's name was Laura HEVENER. I'm starting from scratch here, but if I can make the connection to George BLAND, the rest of the tree has been documented back to the 1600's in Germany! Glad to share any of this

Diana BRONSON, b 24 Apr 1814, married Samuel HEMEN or HEMINWAY in 1836, according to the Langworthy Family genealogy. Diana was the daughter of Selah and Nancy (COLLINS) BRONSON, and was born in Phelps, Ontario Co. NY. Diana and Samuel became missionaries among the Indians in Northern Michigan and in Clark Co. MO. She organized 19 different Sunday Schools. They had at least 3 children, a son named Orrin W. and a daughter, Julia. Need all information on the HEMEN/HEMINGWAY children, and their parents.
