I'm looking for Henry and Lucy (SUTTON) SEDAM. It is thought that they moved to Clark County from Indiana. They first show up in the 1880 census, according to my family source. They had been living in SE Indiana. Henry was born "about 1836" in NJ. She was born about 1812, probably in IN. My notes say: "Henry and Lucy are in Clark Co, MO in 1880. They are 69 and 68 respectively. Their son James is in Clark Co, MO in 1880 and in Pawnee Co, NE in 1900, 1910 and 1920. He also is buried there." MY ultimate goal is to confirm that Lucy's father was John C. SUTTON -- and I need to find the name of her mother. Milo SUTTON

Nancy and William supposedly had the following children: Matilda, Isaac W., James H., and Walter R. Any information on these children or any other children would be appreciated.

I would like information on the family of Catherine WARRICK who married Ephraim LEWIS on July 9, 1876 in Clark County, Missouri. Catherine and Ephraim probably had children and I have no such records at this time. Ephraim later married Lucy ARNOLD on Feb 13, 1914 so I assume Catherine had died. Any information would be helpful.

I am interested in various members of the LEWIS family that grew up, married, and in some instances raised families in Clark County, Missouri in the mid to late 1800's (maybe as early as 1840 or earlier). Most of these would be direct descendants of William and Regina Elizabeth LEWIS. Other LEWIS families or individuals could be relatives and I would be interested in any potential ties. I have information I can share for those looking for information as well.

John C WAGGONER born about 1804 VA. Married unknown 1st wife probably in KY. His older children, Mary, Jane, James, and Sarah were born in KY. Married 2nd wife Sarah (ADELL) KIDWELL in Lewis Co., MO. 29 Sept. 1840. Marriage record says groom of Clark Co., MO. Younger children born in MO. were John C, JR, Matilda and Rebecca. Married 3rd Paulina before 1867 when his estate was probated and his widow Paulina C. WAGGENER was listed as administrator. Who were his parents? Is he the John Calvin WAGGENER who was son of Herbert Green WAGGONER and Elizabeth Nancy WILLIS? Who was his first wife?

BOONE, Willard - Kahoka, Clark County, MO: Willard is my Great Great Grandfather who I was told lived and died in Kahoka with his wife Deborah (Mc_CARTY). They had 11 children (9 boys and 2 girls) one of which is my Great Grandfather (Glenn A BOONE born 1894 - born somewhere in the middle of the 11). I would like to get the dates of birth and death for Willard. In addition I was told that Frederick Elmer BOONE was Willard's father. Any information on Frederick would also be appreciated.

My great grandfather, George Slyvester WRIGHT b. 4/5/1861, (married to Lydia COBERN b. 4/1/1867 in St. Francisville MO.) owned a general store in Athens, MO in Clark County during the early 1900's. His father was Geroge WRIGHT b.1821 buried in Athens (married to Eliza Ann PARSONS b. 1835). We have been told that George Sr.'s mother was from Warsaw Illinois (Hancock County). However, while in Athens, we found a tombstone for a Samuel WRIGHT (b. 1812, d. 1881) who was born in Prescot, England. Samuel was married to Lonora (maiden name unknown) b. 1831 d. 1894. I am trying to figure out if there is any relation between these two men. If anyone knows any information about the Wright family of Athens MO, I would appreciate a response.
