      was married 25 Dec 1878 (Carthage, Mo) to
Laura Steinmetz, d. 9 May 1881, Carthage, Mo

They had one daughter:
Susie Belle Seaver, b. 18 Jul 1879, Carthage, Mo.
      Reportedly,Susie was a most talented pianist.
