- Ashton Methodist Cemetery: Village of Ashton, (formerly a church Cemetery, the church is now gone).
- Bailey Methodist Church Cemetery: Washington Township, Section 18
- Blattner Cemetery: Wyaconda Township, Section 32, two miles north of Village of Wyaconda
- Chambersburg Methodist Cemetery: Jefferson Township, Section 17, (formerly a church cemetery, the church is now gone.)
- Combs Cemetery: Wyaconda Township, Section 9, just west of Village of Luray, on Highway 136
- Conkle Cemetery: Section 15, Township 66N, Range 9W, approximately four miles north of Village of Luray.
- Day Cemetery: Jackson Township, Section 26
- Eldorado Cemetery: Wyaconda Township, Section 10, located on the east side of Luray, in what is known as Eldorado.
- Kahoka City Cemetery: Lincoln Township, northeast edge of town
- Medill Cemetery: Lincoln Township, Section 10
- New Woodville Baptist Church Cemetery: Washington Township, Section 2, north; located south of Village of Wyaconda
- Sand: DesMoines Township, Section 4, Village of St. Francisville
- Thompson: Folker Township, southwest quarter of Section 26, approximately one mile north of Luray. This is a private family cemetery, located on the original Thompson farm.
- Wolfe Cemetery: Des Moines Township, Section 8, near Village of St. Francisville
- Wyaconda Cemetery: Wyaconda Township, Section 32, Village of Wyaconda
