Tony introduced the special speaker of the day, Randy Bell of Bell Publishers, Rich Hill, Missouri, publisher of Volume 2. He explained how the book would be handled, hardback, acid free paper, matching color binding, and stated that half of the books sold would be for those living out of state. He also stated there should be a Book Committee consisting of at least 6 members and the whole society should participate. There should be Representatives from each town, which has already been established.

Mr. Bell stated if the Society began right now, the book could be delivered in 14 to 16 months. He suggested limiting wording to 400 per article with a cost of 10 cents per word for any over that amount. Pictures would be 1 free and $10 each for extra. Cost will depend upon number of pages, Mr. Bell had handouts of various prices and of the services the publishing company provide.

He stated that all articles should be typed, double spaced. Heirloom photos should be copied and originals not submitted. The Society will sign a contract, make a $50.00 deposit with 1/3 of the cost being due when layout is done, 1/3 when finished and final payment on delivery.
