Donna grew up and received her education in California, graduating from Burroughs High School in Ridgecrest and then attended Cerro Coso Community College. In 1980, she moved from California to Missouri to make her home. For several years she had been a real estate agent for Thompson's Real Estate and was diligent in keeping up her education to maintain her real estate license. She was married December 26, 1888 to James Wiseley who preceded her in death, on April 14, 1935. She leaves to mourn her passing eight children; Jess, Roe, Leonard and Melvin of Cassville; Elbert and Arthur of Tulsa, OK; Nora Shores of Cassville and Mabel Hemphill of Jasper; also one step-daughter, Bertha Brown of Butterfield, and one sister, Mrs. Clara Gregory of Kansas City, MO and one brother Dave Mills of Cassville, and 17 grandchildren, besides a host of friends. She was a follower of the Quaker faith and lived her religion every day. She was always a dependable help in time of need and enjoyed her friends very much. She will be sadly missed by her children and all who knew her. Funeral services were held at Oak Ridge Monday afternoon by Rev. Frank Reynolds.
