Linda Carol (Wiley) Christopher, 7 March 1938 - 4 October 2007It is with regret and sadness we announce the passing of Linda Carol (Wiley) Christopher. Linda was born in Leadwood, Missouri on 7 March 1938 and passed into eternal life on 4 Oct 2007 at Desert Valley Medical Center in Victorville, California after an extended illness. Linda married Robert Edward Christopher on the 7th of Jan 1956 in Desoto, Missouri. With her death, those who remain are her loving husband and selfless care-giver Robert Christopher of Victorville, California, a daughter Lois Elaine Arnold and husband Donald of Victorville, California, two sons, Darren Lee Christopher and wife Nancy of Victorville, California, and Jonathan Joseph Christopher also of Victorville. Two grandsons Christopher Wayne Arnold and wife Amy of Lewisville, Texas, and the newest member of the family Mathew Anthony Christopher of Victorville, parents Rev. Herbert and Mrs. Wilma Wiley of Belgrade, Missouri, brothers Glen and Linn Wiley from the Kansas City area, a special aunt Mary Ostertag and friend George Murphy of Fairview Heights, Illinois, and special cousin Virginia Wiemer and husband Robert of Belgrade, Missouri. A Memorial Service will be held at Jubilee Community Church by Rev Ray Gimme in Victorville. California. Then the remains will be shipped to Missouri for graveside services and burial in the family plot at Sunlight Church, Belgrade, Missouri. At age 5 Linda accepted Jesus as her Savior and has lived her life accordingly. She remained true to her convictions and faith thru out her life and was exemplary in her love, giving and caring for her family and for others. With her death she leaves a host of family, relatives, and friends to mourn her passing. |
