I am researching a WOODS line and found a marriage certificate for (George) Kendric Woods, October 20th, 1915. It says that he was from Schell City, MO. and married Gertrude Maud Guibor of City of St. Louis. I'm trying to get some information regarding what Schell City may have been like at that time and in the early 1900's. For example, population, industry, etc.

Do you have anything on a store that was in Horton, Mo., circa 1885-1895? It was called T. M. Rowan and Son, and was run by Thomas Rowan and son, Edward. Edward died March 5, 1895 and is buried in Antioch Cemt. His mother was Virginia Price Rowan, died March, 1920, and believed to be buried in Antioch. Thomas was born circa 1825, Ohio. Is there anything on this family, or anything about the store?
