Burial in Pinelawn Cemetery under direction of Evans of Houston. 

Survivors include her husband, Freddie Jr; four daughters, Susan Elaine Hollenbeck of Kansas City, Karen Jean Smith of Success, Carla Kay and Kathy Colene Hollenbeck, both of the home; her mother, Mrs. Madge Altis, Solo and two grandchildren.
