According to Tom Rogers Jr. who sent us the photo,  "Jacob is seated next to his wife Martha. Behind Martha is son, Henry. Behind Jacob is son John, and the small boy is probably Thomas Benson Davis. The baby is a nephew." 

Jacob L. Davis was killed by a Missouri Pacific passenger train on Aug. 23, 1908 near Browns Spring, Missouri.

Henry Davis is the maternal Grandfather of Tom Rogers, Jr.
