The photo on the right is Charles Louis Walters which Karen thinks may have been taken around 1900. Charles was a local stone/brick mason. The photo was in a lovely little folder and it appeared to be a tintype. The photographs on the left had been pasted into the folder next to Charles.  Suppose the ladies were Charles' girlfriends?
