The photo below was sent to us by Dawna J. Vicars whose grandfather was the foreman for the Highway 13 construction crew which worked on Highway 13 from Kimberling City to Galena.

According to Dawna, "I can only ID my grandfather, Arthur Crabtree.  My "guess", by looking at my
grandfather, as to when this was taken is about 1925-35, but maybe someone else can give a closer year if they know when this hiway was constructed."
