This photo belonging to Jo Ann Hatch was identifed by her great aunt as J.W. Fulcher and his wife ________? Yoakum.  Jo Ann would like to know if any of the Yoakum researchers have connected the name Fulcher with the Yoakums. She thinks that it may be a Martin who married a Yoakum in Texas.
