This mystery has been solved !  According to Wilma Fields who submitted the photo, "The boy in the car with Dolly Gladys (Taylor) Dummtt is her younger brother, Otis Leo Taylor, and the lady is her mother, Delpha Jane (Philibert) Taylor. Taken 1916."
