DOG & PONY SHOW

I found this old picture of a "dog and pony show" in my Mom's old pictures.
I don't know who any of the people are or what significance if any the
picture has. I believe that the picture was taken somewhere in Stone or
Greene Co. but don't know where. The only clues are the "Wilmar Pharmacy"
in the background, and the street sign, which when blown up says either
Ramona Blvd. or Ramada Blvd. Anyone have any ideas as to where the picture
was taken?
