Front row, from left:  2nd Lemuel Rufus West, 3rd Edward Stine, 4th Burton Stine, 6th Chester Brown.

Second row:  4th Dewel Steele, 11th Opel Steele, last Ruth Steele.

Third row:  Jewel Steele.

Sam thinks that the teacher, Edna Werner was possibly married to someone in the Cloud family. If you can identify any of the other students please contact Samuel West.
