            I am Eleaner Jean (Myers) McKnight doing research on the Myers/Miller
            Family from Germany to Iowa. My gggrandfather Frederick Phillip Myers, b
            Germany, 1828-1904. He married twice to sisters, one in MO. Matrtha
            Whitall (Witall, Whitaw) had nine children. The other wife ? (Elizabeth?) had
            four children. One daughter Sarah was born in MO. on December 16, 1860.
            Died October 8, 1944. My GGrandfather George Wesley Myers, 1855-1923
            was son of Frederick and Martha. m Janis Marie Cuvelier, 1859-1928. Had
            nine children. My Grandfather Arthur Clyde Myers, 1887-1958. m Estella
            Dobbins, 1891-1922. Had Nine children. My father Allen Willford Myers,
            1916-1972, m Florence Lenora Miller in Iowa. Could anyone please help
            especially with the WHITALL, WITALL, WHITAW name. I have an
            extensive database and pics and docs and will be glad to share any info. Again

            In the early 1900s (around 1910-1920) Thelma Wiseman married a man with
            the last name of Bristow, probably in Lancaster, Missouri. They were from
            Iowa and I think they were too young to marry in Iowa so they probably got
            married in the northern part of Missouri, if it was not in Lancaster. I WOULD
            give ANYTHING to find a marriage certificate for this marriage, please contact
            me ASAP if you have any leads!!!!!

            I'm looking for civil war information on my great grandfather August Hagen. He
            died in Bosworth, Mo in 1921 or 1922. He apparently fought on the CSA
            side, but his name doesn't appear on any unit rosters; assume he must have
            been an irregular.

            I am researching two CASHION brothers who were born in either Lawrence
            or Giles Co Tennessee and went to Missouri. Thomas J. CASHION, born
            about 1855, and James M. CASHION, born about 1859, were the sons of
            Samuel C. CASHION and Morticia Ann SHELTON. Their father, Samuel C.
            CASHION, died at Camp Morton, Indiana as a Civil War POW after being
            captured at Ft. Donelson in Tenn. Who did the CASHION brothers marry and
            who were their children? Looking for any descendants with whom to share
            information. Do you know of these CASHION (CASHON, CASHEN,
            CASHUN) brothers? Any informtion helpful.

            Seeking information on Julia Ann Triplett who was b: 1886 in MS to George
            Triplett & Lucy Hawthorne. Her siblings were George Jr., John Allen, Dinah,
            Emma, and Dora. She also married a Mr (?)Triplett and they had one child,
            Elizabeth (Lizzie). Other husbands were: A Mr. (?) Davis, Ruben Campbell,
            and Clarence House (my grandfather), of Coahoma County MS, bore him five
            children and in about 1940, moved to Memphis, TN where she d: in 1959.
            Oral history has it she lived for a time somewhere in Missour but I don't know
            what City or County. Would appreciate any information in solving this mystery.

            I am trying to find any information about my ggggrandfather Hugh S. Elliott. The
            only information that I have on him is that he was born in Missouri (not sure
            what Co.) in 1849. By 1870 he was living in Navarro Co. Tx, unmarried. He
            had a son in 1873, and my gggrandmother Mary Ida Elliott was born in Erath
            Co Tx in 1875. Her death cert lists her mother as being Betty Roberts. Hugh
            was remarried in 1979, I assume that Betty died, possibly in childbirth. By the
            1880 census, his sister Lizzy was living with him and his new wife and children.
            He remained in Erath Co. until his death in 1924. Any information or leads

            Searching for info on Robert ELKINS. Born in Missouri 23 March 1865 &
            Died 1 July 1916, in Pocatell,ID (according to Death Record) and is buried in
            Parsons, KS. His family emmigrated to Young Co., TX AFT 1872 (or so I
            believe, but possibly earlier). Though yet to be conclusively proven, I have
            reason to believe his father was William H. ELKINS (1880 Census, Young
            Co., TX) and his mother was Mary E. ELKINS. Robert ELKINS married
            Bettie PENICK 7 SEPT 1889 in Young Co., TX. They had four sons: Robert
            "Fred", William Henry (my line), Denver Shade, and Mary Bell. Looking for
            any info on the elder Robert ELKINS particulary info that can firmly establish
            who his parents were and possibly where they came from.

            loggers in AR. It has been said they rode and hid out with the Jesse James
            Gang after moving to AR. They suppose to have uncles or consins by the
            names of James or ( Jim) and Lewis White who also rode with the gang. If

            Tennessee. Elizabeth had other children. She came to Texas and married John
            Baker. Jemima was found in 1870 in Bell county Texas, 1880 in McLennan
            county Texas. Jemima married John W. Jones in Bell county abt 1874.

            In June 1905, Roy A. Delp and wife, Lucy E. "Bonnie" (Bonnifield) Delp, took
            the remains of their son, Ross T. Delp, aged 18 months, to Missouri, "the state
            of Mr. Delp's home" for burial. "Bonnie" was Bonnie Whitley in 1934 and
            residing in Galena, Kansas. Were they divorced? They had one other son and
            possibly another child. What happened to these children? Any information

            My great grandfather Rufus Patchen arrived in Clinton county Missouri by
            orphan train. He was born in 1851. He was on the 1870 Mo. Census in
            Lathrop Mo. Working and living with a farmer Mr.RB Rogers. Rufus's first
            wife I do not know her name, and am trying to find out. Their children was Ella
            Mae, Elijah, John and maybe a Tom. His 2nd wife was Mary Jane Shaw Neft
            as she was married before. Their children was Pearl, Myrtle, Calra, and
            Bennie. After leaving Clinton county,towns of Plattsburg, Lathrop, they went to

            Missouri 1900 Logan County, Oklahoma 1910 Dent County, Missouri I do
            not know the names of Benjamins' parents only that they were both born in
            Tenn. Mary Catherines father was from Indiana and her mother was from
            Kentucky. I have a photo of the family taken in Rolla, Missouri around 1915.
            To make matters even more confusing Benjamin died in Illinois but was buried
            in Caney, Montgomery County, Kansas. I would love to make contact with
            anyone who has any information on this family.

            He was a Doctor. Don't know what County he settled in. He was a son of

            to came to Missouri from KY abt 1851, but left for TX before 1860. Also is
            there any information on a CHARLES HOUCHIN, born 1811 in Warren
            county KY? He left KY after 1864 and it is thought that he may have come to
            some of his cousins still residing in MO. or possibly the homes of his daughters
            named Wines and Grizzle. He is my great great grandfather. I would appreciate
