Clerk of the Circuit Court: Divorces; Index to circuit court records, 1855-1892; Circuit court records, 1855-1888.
Clerk of the Probate Clerk: Index to probate records, 1853-1977; Probate records, 1857-1889; Administrator's/Executor's letters, bonds, and records, 1876-1940; Will records, 1857-1929.
Births and Death Records: Birth and Death Records are available starting with January 1, 1910 forward for the State of MO only. You may submit an application with the required fee to the Putnam County Health Department, 103 N. 18th, P. O. Box 354, Unionville, MO 63565. 660-947-2429. Hours are from 8-4, Monday-Friday. Contact the Health Department for the application and fee amounts.
