who: 'Sarilda' is a photo of Simeon Wright's wife, Sarilda Jane Swinford Wright. (I love this photo - the jewelry and the elegance of her dress are noteworthy. My mother thinks the necklace and earrings are probably black jet and the dress was probably black with another bold color in the stripes - green, blue or yellow.) I also have a photo of her sister Sarah Ellen Swinford who married Simeon Wright's brother, Perry Wright. Perry and Sarah's daughter, Myrtle Vance Wright, married my great-grandfather Wesley Alexander Blagg - I am thus doubly descended from the Wrights and Swinfords!
