Madison Schools Opens 90 Enrolled in High School, 83 in the Grades ------------------- “The Madison schools opened Tuesday morning with an enrollment of 90 in high school and 83 in the grades. The enrollment is an increase of 8 in high school and 23 in the grades. There are 9 seniors, 18 juniors, 32 sophomores and 11 freshmen. The high school faculty is composed of Clifford Hoag, supt., social studies, geography; Sidney Phillips, principal, mathematics, science; Miss Nell young, commerce; Miss Margaret Stephens, English and music. Room I with grades one, two and three taught by Miss Virginia Ragland has 26 enrolled; Room II with grades four, five and six taught by Mrs. Carl (Hood) has 34 enrolled; and Room III with grades seven and eight, taught by Mrs. George Hickey has 23 pupils enrolled.
