Hartford tech'r, the following av. grades of 90 or over were made in all studies pursued: Lelah Love, 95; Vada Lenhart, 94; Tessie Waller, 94; Wesley Thomas, 90; Florence Hill, 92; Laura Hill, 91; Etta Brownfield, 94; Bertha Roberson, 92; Fannie Giddings, 90. Those receiving a grade of 100 in deportment were Edgar Dunaway, Annie Dawson, Vada Lenhart, Pearl Noel, and Effie Tuttle. Carelessness in the practice of penmanship during the month so reduced that grade as to prevent the general average of some from reaching 90.
