Many dead-ends in family research come about due to a breakup of the family which is not known to their descendants.

Divorce was not as prevalent as it is today, but it did occur.

Keeping this in mind, the listing was created to help those who are struggling to locate a family on Census records and cannot find them and is not intended to embarrass or humiliate our ancestors.

We just want people to realize that we did not do this project without being sensitive to the fact that there may be individuals who are still living whose parents are listed on these pages.
