John is mentioned as the grandfather of William, John, and Isham Miles whose will was dated 23 April 1748. These grandchildren are living together in Cumberland Co. in 1768 with their Mother, Ann Miles and step father John Brown. I assume they are all brothers. Judith and Mary are mentioned as daughters of John in 1762 long after the grandfather John has passed away. I assume all 5 are children of John 'the younger'.
