Will of Thomas G. Martin

I Thomas G. Martin of the County of Lincoln in the State of Missouri do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills made by me.

!. I will that all my just debts shall be paid, using for that purpose first any money or personal property that I may have at the time of my death.

2. I give and devise all of the Real Estate wherever situated of which I may die seized or possessed to my wife Georgia A Martin to enjoy as long as she shall live and at her death the same to go absolutely to Ruby L. Martin, Birdie L. Martin and Otis Martin children of my son William A. Martin.

3. I give and bequeath to my said wife all of my personal estate of whatsoever character after the payments of my debts as above provided including funeral expenses and subject to the small bequests hereinafter mentioned, to have and enjoy the same or the income thereof so long as she shall live and at her death I give and bequeath the same to my grand-children above named absolutely.

4. I will that George T. Martin and Lottie A. Bradley, shall have the right each to select some article of not to exceed ten dollars, of any personal estate for their own use as a keepsake, if they so desire, and my will is that they take no further part of my estate for the reason that I have heretofore given them what I deem to be a fair proportion of my estate.

5. Should either of my three grandchildren first above named not be living at the time of the death of my said wife and have no children living, then my will is that the share of such grandchild shall go to the survivors of said grandchildren or their children.

6. I hereby appoint my said wife Georgia A Martin executrix of this my last will and testament.

Witness my hand this 14th day of February AD 1903.

Signed and declared by the above named Thomas G. Martin to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

This indenture made and entered into this 20th day of July AD one thousand eight hundred and forty six between Louis G Martin and Alice his wife of Lincoln County and State of Missouri of one part, and Thomas G Martin of the same County and State of the other part.
