Ann Eliza COCHRAN was born in Harrison Co., Ky., August 25, 1824. Moved to Lincoln Co.,
Mo. with her parents, brothers and sisters in 1842, the family making their home near
Auburn. She was married to Frederick WING, May 29, 1845. To them were born nine children,
six boys and three girls. All of the girls and two boys died between the ages of one and
four years.
Ann E.WING confessed her faith in the Saviour under the preaching of Joseph J. Errett and
Timothy Ford in the year 1852 and was imersed by the latter ......
As a child of a King she passed away, falling asleep in Jesus Saturday, Feb. 5, 1898. Her
funeral which was held in the Chrstian Church in Troy, Monday following was largely
attended, the church being full to over flowing..............E.G.Merrill
