Funeral services for Roger Dean STANEK, of Hawk Point, were held Wednesday, March 16 in the chapel at Kemper-Marsh Funeral Home, Troy. Burial followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery near Hawk Point.

Mr. STANEK, 48, died unexpectedly in Troy Sunday, March 13, 1994.

He is survived by one daughter, Laurie Ann and her husband, Ricky STRUS, of Hawk Point; one son, Jeffrey STANEK, of Hawk Point; his parents, Sylvester and Alma STANEK, Hawk Point; five brothers, Syl STANEK, Troy, David STANEK and wife, Norma, Warrenton, Stevie STANEK and wife, Betty, Warrenton, Bruce STANEK and wife, Patty, of Wright City and Ricky STANEK and wife, Sherry, Hawk Point; four sisters, Roxie and her husband, Ron SMITH, of St. Charles, Phyllis and her husband, Harley GOETZ, Troy, Starla and her husband, Danny DUDENHOFFER, Jefferson City, Mia and her husband, Bill O’Hanlon, Hawk Point and three grandchildren.

Mr. STANEK was an assembler for Chrysler. He was a member of the Hawk Point Athletic Association, Hard Road Baseball League and past member of the Hawk Point Volunteer Fire Department.

Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice in care of Kemper-Marsh Funeral Home, 351 Monroe Street, Troy, MO 63379.
