Clareen RINAMAN
Funeral Services for Clareen RINAMAN of O'Fallon, Mo., formerly of Hawk Point, were held
at 11 a.m., Monday, July 21, at the Hawk Point Baptist Church in Hawk Point. Rev. James
Huffman officiated. Interment followed in the Hawk Point Cemetery. Mrs. Nancy Groepper was
the pianist and accompanied Mrs. Glenda Fitzgerald as she sung.
Mrs. RINAMAN, 80, died Friday, July 18, 2003, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis.
Born Aug. 16, 1922, in Hawk Point, she was the daughter of Clarence and Viola GORDON
McMAHAN. Clareen grew up in the Hawk Point area with her sister Faybell and her
brother, Lowell. She was married to Derwood RINAMAN on Oct. 7, 1945, in Hawk Point. To
this union was born one daughter, Janet. Clareen was a homemaker and she and her husband
farmed in the Hawk Point area for 40 years. She was a long time member of Hawk Point
Baptist Church.
Survivors include her loving daughter, Janet and her husband Russell STEWART of O'Fallon;
three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband,
parents, her brother, Lowell McMAHAN and sister, Faybell SKINNER.
Visitation was held from 3-8 p.m. Sunday July 20, at McCoy & Blossom Funeral Home from
10 a.m. until the time of service at Hawk Point Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to
the Hawk Point Baptist Church in care of McCoy & Blossom funeral Home, 1304 Boone St.
Troy, Mo. 6339 [sic].
