Mrs. Georgia PAULY, former Lincoln County resident, passed away in Mar-Lee Nursing Home in Wentzville, early Friday morning , December 10, 1976. She was 84 years of age.

Funeral services were conducted from the Kemper Marsh Funeral Home at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, December 12, 1976 by the Rev. Dean Allen, pastor of the Troy Presbyterian Church. Mrs. John CREECH was the organist.

Burial was in the Troy City Cemetery. Casket bearers were Austin CREECH, John CREECH, Howard SIEVERT, Wenker MEYER, John R. CREECH, and Dr. J. C. CREECH.

Mrs. PAULY was born near Moscow Mills, Mo. the daughter of John E. and Ida CARTER CREECH*. She was married to George PAULY who preceeded her in death. She was also preceeded by one son, George A. PAULY, her sisters: Mrs. B. J. CREECH and Mrs. Alma HOLMES and one brother, J. E. RICHARDS. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, other reatives and many friends.

Mrs. PAULY was a member of the Troy Presbyterian Church. She belonged to several other organizations, including the Daughters of the American Revolution. In 1914, Mrs. PAULY organized the Troy Chapter of D.A.R. and served as the organization's first Regent.   Until her retirement, Mrs. PAULY was employed by the city of St. Louis in the Bureau of Vital Statistics.
