Mrs. Virgie Myers
Mrs. Virgie Myers, 2314 Market St., died at 5:55 a.m. today in Levering Hospital. The body was removed to the Smith Funeral Home.
Mrs. Myers was born in Hawk Point, Mo., September 16, 1905. a daughter of the late Herman and Edith Huett Witthouse. She was a member of the Lutheran church at Palmyra.
She was married in August 1923, to William McKinley Myers, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Buford Myers of Hannibal; two daughters, Mrs. Richard (Edith Louise) Feith of Philadelphia and Mrs. Henry (Dorothy May) Wiley of Hannibal; 12 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Ben (Iva) Dennison and a brother, Earl Witthaus, both of Hannibal.
Funeral arrangements are awaiting word from Mrs. Wiley’s husband in Vietnam.
