Funeral services for Charles Kenneth LANSCHE of Warrenton, Mo., will be held at 2 oclock Wednesday afternoon, November 25, 1987 from the Hawk Point Baptist Church. The Rev. Mark Cline is the minister in charge. The musicians are Mrs. Billie Jo Derham and the Rev. Dan Hite.
Interment will be in the Hawk Point City Cemetery.
Mr. LANSCHE died at 3:25 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, 1987 in the Missouri Baptist Hospital, St. Louis, Mo., after a lengthy illness.
He was born at Hawk Point, Mo., March 5, 1923, the son of Charles Otto and Gertrude COLBERT LANSCHE. He was married to Miss Melba TURNBULL Nov. 16, 1941, and she survives. He is also survived by one daughter, Miss Karen LANSCHE of St. Louis; one son, Jerry LANSCHE and his wife, Sonia of St. Louis; one grandson, Hunter Kenneth LANSCHE of St. Louis, one brother, Otis LANSCHE of St. Louis; two sisters, Mrs. Glenn (Winnie) OSBORN of Portland, Oregon and Mrs. Donald (Zona) GORDON of Florence, South Carolina; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Mr. LANSCHE was a member of the Fee Fee Baptist Church in St. Louis. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and served 29 months in Europe during World War II. He was a member of the Florissant Lodge No. 668, AF & AM, and of the Valley of Springfield, IL., Scottish Rite.
Mr. LANSCHE was retired District Supervisor for the Kieffer Electrical Supply Co.
Masonic services for Mr. LANSCHE were held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday from the Hawk Point Chapel, Kemper Marsh Funeral Home.
