Mrs. Mack CREECH Dies
Funeral services were held at 3:00 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Old Alexandria
Methodist church, conducted by Rev. M.D. DUDLEY, for Mrs. Mack CREECH, who died Saturday
morning, April 10, after a long illness. Interment was made in the Old Alexandria
cemetery.
Bertha Lee RAMSOUR, eldest daughter of Mrs. Nim L. RAMSOUR and the late Mr. RAMSOUR, was
born near Old Alexandria on November 18, 1891, and lived her entire life of 51 years, 4
months, and 22 days in the community of her birth.
On January 13, 1907, she was united in marriage to Mack CREECH and to this union one son,
Reavis, was born.
In early girlhood she was converted under the preaching of Rev. Thos. C. HARGIS, at the
Christian church in Old Alexandria, where she retained her membership until her death.
She leaves to mourn her passing: her husband; her son; her mother; three sisters, Mrs. Lee
NAGLE, of St. Louis; Mrs. Dan HEARN, of Carlinville, Ill., and Mrs. Beverly CLUNY, of St.
Charles, and other relatives and friends.
