John H. CREECH Dies

John H. CREECH, life-long resident of the county, died at his home in the Old Alexandria community, thursday, April 8.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Old Alexandria Methodist church, conducted by Rev. John GOLDEN. Interment was in the Old Alexandria cemetery.
John Henry CREECH, son of the late John and Lee Ann SMITH CREECH, was born November 23, 1859, being 84 years, 4 months and 15 days of age at the time of his death.
He was married to Miss Mary Jane COX, who survives him.
He also leaves to mourn his passing, a son, Tommy CREECH, a daughter, Mrs. Maggie COLBERT, and other relatives. One son, Vada CREECH, preceded him in death.
