Obituary for Mary Frances (Burbanks) Cottle (1843-1914)

Mrs. Mary Frances (BURBANKS) COTTLE, wife of Lord George COTTLE, died at her home in Moscow Mills Tuesday, Jan 13 1914. Mrs COTTLE, born October 7, 1843 to David BURBANKS and Mary ANDERSON in Lincoln County, had been in failing health for some time. Besides her husband she leaves two daughters, Mrs. Laura POLLARD and Mrs. Julia HILL, both of Lincoln County. She was a well-known resident of Lincoln county and previous to moving to Moscow Mills a short time ago, the family resided at Old Monroe. The funeral occurred from the house Thursday morning to Union Church where services were conducted by Rev. M. D. DUDLEY. Internment in Highland Prairie Cem.
