Mrs. Ida Louise BUENEMANN of Troy, passed away in the Sunset Nursing Home in Troy, Wednesday afternoon, July 3, 1974, following a lengthy illness. She was 76 years of age.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 oclock Friday afternoon, July 5th, from the Friedens United Church of Christ, Moscow Mills, by the pastor, the Rev. Dwight Borden. Interment was in the Anderson Hill Cemetery near Moscow Mills. Casket bearers were Elihu BUENEMANN, Walter BUENEMANN, Ernie BUENEMANN, the Rev. Perry BROWN, Walter BOESSLER and Marvin BUENEMANN.
Mrs. BUENEMANN was born near Troy, Mo. November 24, 1897, the daughter of Paul Henry and Anna Louise TECKEMEYER SCHMIDT. On August 15, 1917, she was married to Nathaniel BUENEMANN who survives. She is also survived by one daughter, Mrs. Fred (Lucille) BERGFELD of Troy, four grandchildren, Mrs. Judson (Carol) Mills, Allan BERGFELD, David BUENEMANN and Debra BUENEMANN; one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Annline BUENEMANN; two sisters: Mrs. Minnie POLLMAN and Mrs. Albert (Annie) KARRENBROCK; one brother, the Rev. John L. SCHMIDT, several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many, many friends. Her only son, William, passed away June 20, 1974.
Mrs. BUENEMANN was a member of the Friedens United Church of Christ of Moscow Mills, having been confirmed in that church April 9, 1911 by the Rev. Paul Quarder.
Funeral arrangements were through the Kemper Marsh Funeral Home of Troy.
