Obituary for Anna Mary Alexander (1889-1905)
Uncited clipping.
From the papers of Mary Omahundro Hutt Walker
Anna Mary ALEXANDER was born April 10, 1889, and died March 28, 1905. She was the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.T.ALEXANDER. Mary was an obedient kind and loving daughter and will be greatly missed. She leaves a father, mother, three sisters and one brother besides many other relatives and friends, to mourn her loss.
After a few comforting words spoken by Eld. W.L.Carr on Wednesday afternoon in the presence of a large crowd of sorrowing friends, all that was mortal of dear Mary was laid to rest in Asbury cemetery to await the coming of our Lord. She remembered her Creator in the days of her youth and was a member at Asbury. Death is sad at any time, but it is especially sad when one who is just in the springtime of life, just budding into womanhood, is taken. We extend our love and sympathy to the bereaved family and trust that they will ever look to the Father who loves the Saviour who sympathizes i-----Spirit who comforts. J.R.
