Surveyed for Samuel Smyly assignee of Albert Tison.

Beginning at a pile of stone identified as the South West corner of Cottles survey near a walnut tree thence N 30* W 206 perches to the North Western line of the league apart from which a Hickory 14 inches in diameter Brs Due North six links and Do. 9 inches Brs S 60* E 44 links and a W Oak 20 Inches Brs S 29* W 74 links.

Thence with the line of the league S 60* W 121 perches to a Hickory corner from which a B Oak 13 inches Brs S 17* W 41 links and a Hickory 15 inches Brs S 29*W 72 links and a B Oak 8 inches Brs S 85* E 57 links.

Thence S 30* E 202 perches to a post from which a W Oak 8 inches Brs N 25* W 14 links and Do. 10 inches Brs S 88* W 26 links and a White Walnut 9 inches Brs S 34* E 19 links.

Thence N 61 13/4 * E 121 perches to the beginning making and containing one hundred and fifty four acres and twentyseven hundreths equal to one hundred and eighty one arpens and thirty four hundreths French Measure.

It being situated on the waters of Cuivre in Township 51 North and Range 1 West of the 5th Principal Maredian and lot No. (?) of a Subdivision made by Ferry of grant of a league to Albert Tison Survey No. 1767 and confirmed to Marie B. Lieden(?) under Albert Tison.
