Tom Minnick

The photo is annotated simply "Tom Minnick." This is probably William Thomas Minnick (1848 - 1949) who married (1) Sarah French and married (2) Hester Ann Ragan. Tom was a son of Isaac Chauncy Minnick and his wife, Nancy Elizabeth Offield. "Uncle Tom" Minnick served as Lock Springs postmaster for sixteen years.
