She was born in 1839 in Ross Co., Ohio, a daughter of Wesley Nelson Pryor and Rachel (Dewitt) Pryor.
She married William "Straud" McNeil in 1859 in Daviess Co., Missouri. She was a sister
of Crittendon Dewitt Pryor. Sallie McNeil, daughter of Straud and Mary Jane, married a cousin,
James C. "Polk" Pryor (1845-1931), son of Silas H. Pryor and Levina Fulton.
Polk and Sallie eventually lived in Saxton, Missouri. |
