| Text | CASSVILLE, Mo., Jan. 18 – Herbert Writer, 49 years old, died at his home in Cassville this afternoon after being ill one and a half years. He was a retired farmer. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Georgie Writer; two daughters, Yvonne Writer and Linda Writer of the home; two sons, Charles Writer, stationed with the navy at Charleston, S. C., and Eugene Writer of the home; two brothers, Edwin Writer of Jenkins and Harold of Berryville; three daughters (should be sisters?) Mrs. Pat Dilbeck and Mrs. John Powell of Cassville, and Mrs. Elbert Wiseley of Tulsa. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock Monday afternoon at the Culver funeral home. Burial will be in Sparks cemetery. |
