Text | Glenn Hyfle Woodard, 76, of Pineville died Feb. 21, 2004, at his home. He was born Sept. 14, 1927, in Washburn, Mo. to Keet and Pansy Woodard. He lived the past 20 years in Pineville, moving from Goodman, Mo. He graduated from Southwest High School in Washburn in 1945. He was a Protestant. He worked as a bookkeeper for Ozark Wood Products in Goodman for 22 years, retiring in 2002. He was previously a bookkeeper for J. B. Hunt in Lowell. He served in the Navy from June 1949 to April 1953. Survivors include his wife, whom he married July 2, 1952; one son; three daughters; one brother; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Roller Church in the Mountain community in southeast McDonald County. Burial will be in Roller Cemetery. Military honor guard will be provided by the Pineville/Jane American Legion Post 392. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at Ozark Funersl Home in Pineville with the family receiving friends from 7 to 8 p.m. |
