Clifford Joe Wesbrook, 76, of Shell Knob, died November 2 at his home. Mr. Wesbrook was born March 4, 1924, in Hooser, Kansas, the son of Sterling and Alice Harness Wesbrook. He helped harvest wheat and work in a flower mill in Kansas and was an electrician for Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas, for several years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He moved to Shell Knob in 1993. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Shell Knob and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2203 in Shell Knob. He married Dolores V. Gagnier on April 7, 1946, in Yakima, Washington. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Mary; and one brother. Services were 10:30 a.m. today, November 6, at Williamson Chapel in Shell Knob with Rev. Corky Johnson officiating. Burial was in Lark Park Memorial Gardens in Shell Knob under the direction of Williamson Funeral home of Shell Knob. Military graveside rites were conducted by members of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2203 of Shell Knob. |
