| Headline | DEATH OF DOCK WELLS |
| Text | Dock Wells of Purdy R. F. D., in the Wheaton community, died Tuesday, June 30, at the age of 63 years. He is survived by his widow, Pearl Wells, one son, Charley Wells, Purdy; a daughter Mrs. Edna Enlow, of Monett; and a step-son, Clad Finley of Purdy. Funeral services are being held this afternoon Thursday, at the Munsey Chapel, north of Wheaton. Burial will be in the Corsicana cemetery, with the Koon Undertakers of Cassville in charge. Mr. Wells was born in Lee county, Va., but had lived in this county most all of his life. Death was due to a heart attack. He was found dead in bed. |
