| Headline | PRENTISS WEBB, 65, DIES AT PEA RIDGE |
| Text | Rogers, Ark., Feb. 24 – Prentiss (Pete) Webb, 65 years old, a farmer of the Pea Ridge area, died Wednesday night in the veterans’ hospital at Fayetteville. Born at Pea Ridge, Mr. Webb was the son of T. F. Webb of Seligman, Mo., who will be 100 years old in May. Surviving besides his father are his widow, Mrs. Sophia Webb; six brothers, Frank, Hugh, Ernest, Todd, Ed, Steve and two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Gowan and Mrs. Bessie Mitchell of Seligman. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o’clock Friday afternoon at the Pea Ridge Baptist church, by the Rev. Clifford Palmer. Burial will be in Twelve Corner’s cemetery, under direction of the Miller’s funeral home of Pea Ridge. |
