EARL WARNER DIED IN VA HOSPITAL
Text Earl O. Warner, 62, Purdy route 1, died Saturday in the Veterans Administration Hospital, Fayetteville Arkansas, where he had been a patient four days.

He was born Nov. 19, 1914, in Barry County. He was a farmer and lifelong area resident. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of VFW Post No. 5219 of Wheaton, Mo. He was also a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.

He married Imogene Baker Aug. 20, 1949 in Bartlesville, Okla. She died June 9, 1973.

He is survived by a son, a daughter, a stepson a stepdaughter, two brothers, a sister and six grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Monday in the McQueen Chapel, Wheaton, with the Rev. R. B. Cameron officiating.

Burial was in Muncie Chapel Cemetery, north of Wheaton.
