Text | Mrs. Laurabelle Walden, 64 years old, died in her home at Seligman at 11:30 o'clock Thursday night. She was a longtime resident of the area. Survivors include six sons, Elvis Walden of Fresno, Calif.: Abe Walden and Albert Walden of Washburn, Private Everett H. Walden, who is with the U.S. Army in Korea: J.S. Walden of Rogers, Ark.; and Franklin D. Walden of Seligman; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Phillips of Springfield , Mrs. Thelma Amos of Seligman, Mrs. Betty Pope of Joplin and Mrs. Norma Fogg of Cassville: three brothers, Alvin Young of Seligman, Harold Young of Enid, Okla., and George Young of Lyons, Kans.; four sisters, Mrs. Allie Taylor of Nickerson , Kan., and Mrs. Ida Bariety of Eureka Springs, Ark., Mrs. Effie Williams of Seligman and Mrs. Madge Bouyer of Beaver, Ark.; 13 grandchildren and two great-great children. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 3, 2:00 o'clock at the Union Church in Seligman with Bobby Joe Willhitte officiating. Burial was made in Seligman cemetery under the direction of Koon-Muhleman funeral home. Research Note: No Missouri Death Certificate located.
