ROGERS --- Lucille Elizabeth Vick, 85, of Rogers died June 2, 2005. She was born Sept. 16, 1919, in Monett, Mo., to W. K. and Artie Lautitia (Lassiter) Deason. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Little Flock and was a Sunday school teacher. She was a former cook for junior and senior high in Rogers. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, reading, playing the organ and traveling. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Veolin Vick in 1984. Her caregivers were a daughter and granddaughter. Survivors include two sons, two daughters, nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. today at Little Flock Cemetery. Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. |
