Text | Wheaton, Mo., Nov. 12 - Funeral services for Thomas H. Utter, 73 years old, will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon in the Rocky Comfort Church of Christ with Rev. Rue Porter of Neosho officiating. Burial will be in the Rocky Comfort cemetery under direction of the Pogue funeral home. Mr. Utter died at 9:40 o'clock Friday night in his home at Rocky Comfort following a heart attack. He was a retired farmer, having moved into town two years ago because of his health. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Emma C. Utter; three sons, Roy Utter of Tulsa, Lemuel Utter of Jerome, Ida, and Robert Utter of Webb City; three daughters, Mrs. Cordia Casey and Mrs. Faye Thomas of Rocky Comfort and Mrs. Opal Fly of Carthage, two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Stewart of Rocky Comfort and Mrs. Mable McCulley of Monett; 13 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. |
