Born July 23, 1953, at Monett, Mo., he was the son of Jonathan O. and Mamie (Marbut) Underwood and was employed at a canning factory. Survivors include his wife of the home; his mother of Checotah, Okla.; three brothers; and two sisters. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Sisco chapel.
