| Text | George Elmer Tucker, 72, Fayetteville, AR, died November 29, 1998, at Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville. Mr. Tucker was born March 17, 1928, at Exeter, the son of Burl and Edna Higgs Tucker. He retired from the Air Force and also retired from the Arkansas State Highway Transportation Dept. He was a member of the American Legion Post 64. Survivors include two sons, a daughter, a sister, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 pm today, Wednesday, at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, Ark. with Tony Byler officiating. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Fayetteville. |
