Obit For John Harold Trowbridge
Headline Washburn News
Text John Harold Trowbridge, 23 years of age, was found dead in his bed Thursday about one o'clock p.m. in Springfield. Death was caused asphyxiation. The remains were brought here Saturday, accompanied by his mother.

Harold was the youngest son of Mrs. Celia Trowbridge. He leaves a mother, one brother, Roy, of Miami, Tex., and one sister, Mrs. Geo. Cox of Pasadena, Cal., to mourn their loss.

His funeral was conducted Monday at the Union Church by Rev. J. E. Harney of Exeter. The beautiful floral emblems spoke of the high esteem in which he was held by his many friends.

Harold was a model young man and was loved by all who knew him. This sudden death is a shock to his many friends, as he was here only a few days ago. He was a regular attendant of church and Sunday School.

We extend our deepest sympathy to the mother, brother, and sister, in this dark hour. We hope to meet Harold in the great beyond where sin and sorrow enter not. He was buried by his father at Washburn Prairie who proceeded him almost three years ago.
